　　The city has no plans to heighten its security level in the face of a tape recording purported to be from Osama bin Laden saying al-Qaida is making preparations for attacks in the United States.

　　"I talked to the police commissioner this morning," Mayor Michael Bloomberg said shortly before noon yesterday. "There are no specific threats to the city other than the normal intelligence that comes in every day. We are at Level Orange. We don't plan to change that.

　　"I think when you see something like this, people's antennas are up, including people responsible for security," Bloomberg said. "But fundamentally we treat today like another day. There is always a risk. We live in a dangerous world."

　　面对据说是来自本·拉丹的声称正在准备攻击美国的录音带，这座城市（纽约）没有提升安全警戒等级的计划。
